01 / THE CONTEXT

The challenge.

A health company had unexplained crashes affecting its website and mobile app. Its team needed help finding the cause across a React, React Native, and Node.js system.

02 / MY CONTRIBUTION

Diagnosis, repair, and a clear explanation

I identified the problem, fixed the React website and Node.js server, and modified the React Native app. I also explained the cause to the in-house developer and the nontechnical manager.

Technology map: recorded tools grouped by responsibility.

My engineering perspective: what each approach helps solve, and what needs care.

React + Node.js: follow the failure across layers

I diagnosed the crash, repaired the website and server, and changed the React Native app. The important boundary was the full interaction across those parts of the system.

The trade-off: A local symptom can originate elsewhere. A correction needs verification through the affected flow.

Technical handoff: make the cause understandable

I explained the cause to both the in-house developer and the nontechnical manager. That gives the team a useful explanation to carry forward after the fix.

The trade-off: The developer needs enough detail to maintain the change; the manager needs to understand its effect and remaining limits.
