01 / THE CONTEXT
The challenge.
The team needed desktop dashboard implementation in React as part of a complex application.
02 / MY CONTRIBUTION

My engineering perspective: what each approach helps solve, and what needs care.
React: organize complexity around the user’s task
I collaborated with the team to deliver the React dashboard. Reusable views help keep repeated information and interaction patterns consistent as the interface grows.
The trade-off: A dashboard can show more information than a person can use. The hierarchy needs to make the next decision easier.
Data states: explain what the dashboard knows
I distinguish loading, empty, failed, and available data in interface work. These states help users interpret what they see and decide whether to wait or act.
The trade-off: A blank panel is ambiguous. The interface needs to explain whether there is no data or whether retrieval failed.
