The challenge.

A small team was building a monitoring and predictive diagnostics product. It needed a frontend developed from wireframes, product input, and user feedback.

From early ideas to a working frontend

I worked with the remote team over several months to turn ideas documented in a Google Doc into a product prototype. My contribution was frontend development and close collaboration with the team.

I helped turn ideas in a Google Doc into a working frontend prototype. Reusable components provide a practical way to evolve screens as the team makes product decisions.

The trade-off: A prototype needs enough structure to change easily, without spending early effort on abstractions the product has not earned.

Product collaboration: make ambiguity visible

I worked closely with a remote team over several months. A working interface gives people something concrete to discuss and helps reveal unanswered product questions.

The trade-off: An interaction that looks complete can hide unfinished integration work. The team needs a shared understanding of what the prototype demonstrates.
